Guy Cihi

Guy Cihi CEO

Mr. Cihi is an investor, business strategist and serial-entrepreneur with degrees in design engineering and business. In 1985 he co-founded Learning Technologies which produced the Disney’s World of English program and several other high-value learning systems. Millions of students around the world study with publications and software developed under Cihi’s direction. Since 2000, he has focused on venture capital and private equity investments. In addition to Lexxica, Cihi serves on the boards of several private businesses including the Endeavour College of Natural Medicine.

Dr. Charles Browne

Dr. Charles Browne Co-Founder

Dr. Browne is Professor of Applied Linguistics and Director of EFL Teacher Education at Meiji Gakuin University. With masters and doctoral degrees in TESOL and Applied Linguistics, his areas of expertise include CALL, vocabulary acquisition, extensive reading, and secondary English language education in Japan. During his 23 years in Japan he has served as the first National Chairman of the JET Programme, National Coordinator for Sony's language schools, and textbook advisor, teacher-trainer, and official consultant for the Japanese Ministry of Education.

Dr. Brent Culligan

Dr. Brent Culligan Senior Science Advisor

Dr. Culligan is an instructor and curriculum developer in the English department at Aoyama Gakuin Women's Junior College. His graduate degrees include a Master and Doctor of Education in TESOL, while his undergraduate degree is in Business Administration. His areas of research include vocabulary acquisition, corpus linguistics, and language testing, particularly within the field of Item Response Theory.

In 2000, David served as President of TESOL, the world's largest English language teaching association. Over his career, David has been visiting professor at many universities including Columbia University, the University of Hawaii, Chulalongkorn University Bangkok, Sophia University Tokyo, the University of NSW Sydney, Birmingham University and Warwick University in the United Kingdom and Seoul National University.

Bruce Rogers

Professor Rogers has taught ESL, EFL, and test preparation since 1979. He has an M.A. from Boston University and was chair of the English Program at the Economics Institute, University of Colorado, for 20 years.
