It is possible that you are missing some characters or fonts in your operating environment. Please try to print using a different browser or PDF reader. Or you can try to right click on the PDF and save it to your hard drive. Then try opening the saved file using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview (Mac only). This may fix the problem.
